We're looking for an experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer to support our customers and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers.

About the role:

As aSenior DevSecOps Engineer, you will lead the development and implementation of end-to-end cluster and application lifecycles, ensuring top-notch security and efficiency in processes. Raft is building an AI Battle Management System to operationalize the needs of the warfighter by leveraging machine learning to build a voice-to-voice capability that understands the communications between fighter pilots and air battle managers. You will join a fast-paced, cutting-edge team building the Air Battle Manager of tomorrow and removing the human from the loop to drastically reduce the time required to make critical decisions.

What we are looking for:

• Hands-on experience architecting, developing, and implementing end-to-end cluster and application lifecycles
• Developed and implemented CI/CD pipelines
• Resolved Security Vulnerabilities
• Worked with clients architecting, developing, and implementing Kubernetes or Docker solutions both in the Cloud and on-premises
• Implemented GitOps for Software Delivery
• Three years of relevant industry experience
• Three years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes, provisioning production clusters and maintaining compliance.
• Experience with building and managing data-intensive platforms using popular streaming technologies such as Kafka, Pinot, or Flink
• Experience in data management technologies, including ETL processing and data storage
• Deep knowledge of AWS and/or other cloud computing solutions
• Experienced with building, deployment, release automation, or orchestration
• Experience with Kubernetes monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) and logging (Fluentbit, Kibana, Loki) solutions
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Configured CI/CD pipelines using GitLab Runners
• Obtain Security within the first 90 days of employment with Raft

Highly preferred:

• Solid understanding of Helm Charts
• Experience using a variety of package managers/dependency managers, including Maven, Gradle, NPM, and Yarn
• Knowledge of Istio
• Experience with supporting enterprise Cloud applications or infrastructure
• Experience in automation languages like Python or GoLang
• Comfortable provisioning and debugging complex CI/CD pipelines

Clearance Requirements:

• Active Secret and ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret

Work Type:

• Local hybrid in Las Vegas, NV
• On customer when needed up to 25%
• May require up to 25% travel

Salary Range:

• $110,000 - $180,000
• The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
